SIMBAD references

All photographic and photoelectric observations of RS Boo since 1938 have been analysed in order to obtain an accurate mathematical description of the light variation. A Fourier sum with frequencies f₀, f_m, kf₀, kf₀±f_m, where k=1,2,...,11; f₀=2.6501491d^–1; f_m=0.001886d^–1 and a linear period change of the f₀ and the kf₀ components with β=7.0x10^–11 give a fit with a standard deviation of σ=0.064mag. Considering the various quality and the long span of the data, this level of accuracy can be regarded as a good one. In contrast with some reports about the existence of a secondary modulation we have not found any sign of this component in the prewhitened spectrum.
