SIMBAD references

In 1999 Jan Gensler showed period changes of the RR Lyrae star CZ Lac (BAVSR..48..131) and gave new elements. In July 2002 Ralf Meyer found the star 1 hour later with increasing inclination. After searching many sources this elements seemed to be right: Max = JD 2448500.3468 ± 0.0086 + 0.432184 * E. The reason of a positiv (O-C)-value is perhaps a real change of the fundamental- period or just an effect of a variable lightcurve.
