Abstract (from CDS):

Photoelectric observations during the last decades are scare. Visual observations tend to positive O-C values compared with reported ephemeresis. Conservative interpretation of all and calculation with photoelectric data only suggests a period increase of about 2/100.000 ... 3/100.000 parts of period or 6...8 sec per cycle around 1970.
