Abstract (from CDS):
A photographic search for faint Mira type variables has been carried out in a field in Scorpius of low foreground obscuration near the direction of the galactic centre. A total of 70 faint Miras were found, among which 54 were already known variables. Their periods of light variation, red magnitudes and spectral types at maximum brightness are listed in a Catalogue.
