Supernova 2006cb in NGC 5541.

Abstract (from CDS):
Further to IAUC 8707, N. J. Ponticello and W. Li report the LOSS discovery of an apparent supernova on unfiltered KAIT images taken on Apr. 19.39 (at mag 18.6) and May 5.43 UT (mag 17.5). SN 2006cb is located at R.A. = 14h16m31s.80, Decl. = +39o35'15".9 (equinox 2000.0), which is 0".6 east and 5".7 south of the center of NGC 5541. A KAIT image taken on Feb. 23.48 UT showed nothing at this position (limiting mag about 19.5).
