Abstract (from CDS):

A search for large amplitude variable stars in the NSVS (ROTSE-I) data base revealed, that USNO-B1.0 0940-0154229 is a new Mira variable with a maximum brightness about 12 mag (R). A first ephemeris can be given as: JD(max) = 2453102 + 364.9*E.
