Abstract (from CDS):

Near-infrared light curves of some well-studied symbiotic stars show a modulation with half-orbital period as expected for an ellipsoidal variability in the red giant. We present and discuss preliminary results of modeling of three symbiotic systems with such variability: RW Hya, SY Mus and AR Pav.
