SIMBAD references

On CCD images of the BL-Lac Object S5 0716+71 which were taken with a 5 inch Refractor by Wolfgang Dueskau I found a possible outburst of an anonymous foreground galaxy 5,3' SW (PA 213°) from the BL-Lac Object. The galaxy on the CCD image from 2006-12-26 was brighter than on 2006-12-07. I found a possible second outburst on an image from 2003-01-11. The galaxy is not listed in Simbad. In the NASA Extragalactic Database (NED) are two identifications as IrS and one as galaxy (2MASX J07211674+7116053 ID). The position of the galaxy is J2000.0 07h21m16s +71°16'05"
