SIMBAD references

G. Pignata, J. Maza, M. Hamuy, R. Antezana, L. Gonzalez, P. Gonzalez, P. Lopez, S. Silva, and G. Folatelli, Universidad de Chile; and D. Reichart, K. Ivarsen, A. Crain, D. Foster, M. Nysewander, and A. LaCluyze, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, on behalf of the CHASE project, report the discovery of an apparent supernova (mag approximately 14.5) on a luminance- filter image taken on June 13.31 UT with the 0.41-m "PROMPT 2" telescope located at Cerro Tololo. The new object is located at R.A. = 0h14m39s.36 ± 0".2, Decl. = -7o19'23".5 ± 0".2 (equinox 2000.0), which is about 78" west and 79" north of the center of the galaxy NGC 50.
