Abstract (from CDS):

H. Yamaoka, Kyushu University, forwards a report by K. Imamura and K. Tanabe, Okayama University of Science (OSU), that a low-resolution spectrum of the presumed nova announced on CBET 2176, obtained on Feb. 19.850 UT with the 0.28-m OUS telescope (+ DSS-7), shows a clear H_alpha feature with P-Cyg profile, which suggests that the object is a genuine classical nova. An absorption minimum of the H-alpha feature is about 1000 km/s, blueshifted from the emission peak. Their spectrum can be seen at http://blog-imgs-32-origin.fc2.com/t/n/b/tnblab/PN_in_Oph20100219.png.
