Abstract (from CDS):

An independent discovery of 2010bq was made by E. Briggs, J. Newton, and T. Puckett on an image taken with a 0.4-m reflector at Portal, AZ, U.S.A., on Apr. 14.39 UT; the magnitude was given as 18, and the position end figures as 55s.36, 35".8. Nothing was visible at this position on frames taken by Puckett on Apr. 4 (limiting mag 19.4).
