Supernova 2011O in UGC 8829 = PSN J13541996+3255394.

Abstract (from CDS):
J. M. Silverman, A. T. Merritt, F. Fornasini, and A. V. Filippenko, University of California, Berkeley, report that inspection of a CCD spectrum (range 340-1000 nm), obtained on Jan. 26 UT with the 3-m Shane reflector (+ Kast) at Lick Observatory, shows that 2011O is a type-II supernova with well-developed P-Cyg line profiles. After removal of the host-galaxy recession velocity of 7845 km/s (measured from narrow host-galaxy emission lines), they find the absorption minimum of the H-alpha line to be blue- shifted by about 6600 km/s.
