SIMBAD references

L. Tomasella, S. Valenti, S. Benetti, F. Bufano, M. Fiaschi, A. Pastorello, and P. Ochner, Osservatorio Astronomico di Padova, Istituto Nazionale di Astrofisica, on behalf of a larger collaboration, report that a spectrogram of PSN J01263180+3137026 = SN 2011jj, obtained on Dec. 23.77 UT with the Asiago 1.82-m Copernico Telescope (+ AFOSC; range 350-820 nm; resolution 2.4nm), suggests that it is a type-IIP supernova around 50 days after explosion. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra via the "Supernova Identification" code (SNID; Blondin and Tonry 2007, Ap.J. 666, 1024) indicates that 2011jj is similar to SN 2004et (Maguire et al. 2010, MNRAS 404, 981).
