SIMBAD references

An ephemeris and a lightcurve of the neglected W UMa type variable HS Vul are presented. The derived period differs only slightly from the one given by Kreiner [1], but it is suggested to interchange Min. I and Min. II. Due to the large gap in the O-C diagram, the period behaviour could not be established. It was found that the GSC 2.3 star N2OD003319 in the same field presents irregular night to night variations up to 0.1 mag with an overall brightening of 0.35 mag during the observation period.
