Abstract (from CDS):

Terry Bohlsen, Armidale, NSW, Australia, reports that he obtained spectroscopy (R = 600; 24-micron slit) with a 20-cm telescope (+ LISA spectrograph) on July 19 of PNV J18193700-1907400, showing that the object is reddened with a broad H_apha emission line having a FWHM of 860 km/s, consistent with an evolving nova.
