SIMBAD references

L. Tomasella, S. Benetti, E. Cappellaro, P. Ochner, A. Pastorello, and M. Turatto, Osservatorio Astronomico di Padova, Istituto Nazionale di Astrofisica, report that optical spectroscopy (range 340-820 nm; resolution 1.3 nm), obtained on Nov. 6.82 UT with the Asiago 1.82-m Copernico Telescope (+ AFOSC) by the Service Telescope Operating Team, shows that PSN J21450963+1006126 = SN 2012gf is a type-II supernova about ten days after the explosion at assumed redshift z = 0.027536 (Falco et al. 1999, PASP 111, 438; via the NED database), similar to SN 1999em (Baron et al. 2000, Ap.J. 545, 444; Elmhamdi et al. 2003, MNRAS 338, 939).
