SIMBAD references

Discovered by analysis of ASAS data, the star V1348 Her was classified as an RRab star with a period of 0.591110 d. This period was confirmed by analysis of NSVS data and a 23 d Blazhko period was found. By analysis of SWASP data and recent observations, the secondary period could be slightly modified to 23.67 d and the ephemeris updated to HJD (max.) = 2457210.437 (2) + 0.5910740 (3) x E. The 2014/15 observations revealed that the star GSC 01581-00467 in the field is a W UMa type variable presenting two equal, 0.5 mag deep minima with the ephemeris HJD (min.) = 2457213.5340 (4) + 0.3854827 (5) x E.
