Abstract (from CDS):

The GRB 130310A has recently been reported to be due to magnetar giant flare. Unlikely gamma-ray bursts, the giant flare of magnetars are not assumed to be strongly beamed. This will change the estimation on the magnetar's magnetic field and age (about several hours).
