Further to CBET 1208, P. Thrasher, W. Li, and A. V. Filippenko report the LOSS discovery of two apparent supernovae on unfiltered KAIT images, as tabulated below: SN 2008 UT R.A. (2000.0) Decl. Mag. Offset 2008H Jan. 15.45 9 47 13.45 -24 50 25.8 17.4 0".2 E, 2".7 S 2008I Jan. 15.53 11 56 09.66 +60 31 31.5 19.3 3".7 W, 10".4 N Additional KAIT magnitudes for 2008H in ESO 499-G5: 2007 Mar. 19.18 UT, [19.0; Nov. 3.55, [17.6; Dec. 22.54, 17.3; Dec. 23.55, 17.3. Additional KAIT magnitudes for 2008I in NGC 3978: 2007 Mar.-June, [20.5 (combined KAIT image from multiple frames taken over several months); 2008 Jan. 2.54, 19.1. The type-Ia supernova 2003cq also appeared in NGC 3978 (cf. IAUC 8103, 8106).
