Nysewander, and A. LaCluyze University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, on behalf of the CHASE project, report the discovery of an apparent supernova (mag approximately 17.3) on a luminance- filter image taken on June 7.15 UT with the 0.41-m "PROMPT 2" telescope located at Cerro Tololo. The new object is located at R.A. = 20h00m57s.41 ± 0".2, Decl. = -47o04'02".7 ± 0".2 (equinox 2000), which is about 10".3 west and 9".3 norht of center of the galaxy NGC 6845A.
