Abstract (from CDS):
Four hours after CBET 2230 was issued by the Central Bureau on March 28, H. Sato (National Astronomical Observatory of Japan) relayed the independent discovery of 2010bj by Kuniaki Goto (Miyoshi city, Hiroshima prefecture) on three unfiltered CCD images (limiting mag about 18.5) taken on Mar. 26.49 and 26.54 UT using a 35-cm f/11 Schmidt-Cassegrain reflector (+ SBIG ST-8XME camera), with 2010bj measured to be at mag about 16.4 with the position given as R.A. = 7:17:36, Decl. = +23d22'.0 (equinox 2000.0).
