Abstract (from CDS):

We present two distinct dips in the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite light curves for HIP 23309, a young, active M0 dwarf, which has been previously identified as a potential exoplanet host candidate. We characterize both dips, and archival radial velocity data from ESO's High Accuracy Radial velocity Planet Searcher spectrograph, providing limits on a potential companion. Currently, we are unable to confirm the existence of a companion, or if the transits are caused by stellar variability.
